Jordan A. Winkler is a Law Clerk at Jensen Bagnato, P.C. Jordan has worked with the firm since March of 2019 assisting predominantly in the areas of bankruptcy, immigration, and domestic relations. Jordan graduated from Albright College in May 2018 and is attending Widener University Delaware Law School, where he will receive a J.D. in May of 2021.

In his undergraduate studies Jordan focused academically on political and Latin American studies with dual majors in Political Science and Spanish. In January of 2017 Jordan studied abroad and lived in Cuenca, Ecuador where he researched and observed socioeconomic and political conditions of middle-to-low-income citizens.

Since joining the firm, Jordan has assisted in preparing numerous petitions and applications on behalf of clients applying for relief with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services and Immigration Court, petitions for bankruptcy under chapters 7, 11, and 13, briefs in support of a petition for review before the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and, recently, assisting in the defense of a $9,500,000 fraudulent transfer action.
