Yulier Gonzalez is an Associate Attorney at Jensen Bagnato, PC , where he concentrates his practice in all aspects of litigation, including civil, family, immigration, and criminal matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gonzalez worked as an associate at a plaintiff-side medical malpractice firm in Philadelphia, where he handled complex and high-exposure litigation matters involving catastrophic injuries.

From 2022 through 2026, Mr. Gonzalez was selected to Pennsylvania Rising Stars recognizing him as one of Pennsylvania’s outstanding young attorneys under the age of 40.

In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Gonzalez serves as a Court Arbitrator at the Philadelphia Compulsory Arbitration Center, where he assists in the resolution of civil disputes within the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas system.

Following his graduation from Penn State Dickinson Law, Mr. Gonzalez served as a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas A. James of the Columbia County Court of Common Pleas. During his clerkship, he gained extensive courtroom experience and conducted legal research in the areas of family law, criminal law, civil litigation, and estate matters.

While attending law school, Mr. Gonzalez was selected as a Judicial Law Extern to the Honorable Martin C. Carlson, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, where he developed valuable experience in federal civil litigation, including immigration and Social Security matters.

Mr. Gonzalez is an active member of the Young Lawyers Division of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Hispanic Bar Association of Pennsylvania. Outside his legal practice, he is passionate about fitness, cooking, and learning new languages. Fluent in Spanish and of Cuban descent, Mr. Gonzalez is proud to serve the diverse clientele of Jensen Bagnato, PC.
